Toronto Food Photographer | Lana Malykh

This was a unique, pandemic driven project I shot for one of the biggest restaurant chains in Canada, operating brands such as Jack Astors, Loose Moose, Reds and Scaddabush. Due to lockdown restaurant closures in 2020, the marketing team needed to find creative ways to serve their clients. One of the solutions was to sell holiday gift kits of beverages and snacks. I was engaged as a commercial photographer to produce product photography on location. This was a full day photoshoot across 3 restaurant locations. The goal was to capture the ambiance and individuality of each restaurant brand and I think it was successfully accomplished through the use of lighting and editing techniques.
